Fourways Self Drive Van Hire Conviction Codes

Fourways Vehicle Solutions Ltd will insure the customer during the hire period through 'Royal and Sun Alliance' on an individual basis. Premiums will therefore vary in accordance with a drivers history, endorsements/convictions and additional driver charges.

CONVICTIONS (Past 5 years)

CLASS A OFFENCES INCREASE RENTAL BY £ 5.00 PER OFFENCE PER DAY.

CLASS B OFFENCES INCREASE RENTAL BY £ 5.00 PER OFFENCE PER DAY.

CLASS C OFFENCES INCREASE RENTAL BY £ 5.00 PER OFFENCE PER DAY

CLASS D OFFENCES INCREASE RENTAL BY £ 20.00 PER OFFENCE PER DAY.

CLASS U/A WE REGRET WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE INSURANCE COVER.

ACCIDENTS (Past 3 years)

CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE HAD 2 OR 3 ACCIDENTS WITHIN THE LAST THREE YEARS INCREASES THE RENTAL PRICE BY £5.00 PER DAY PER ACCIDENT.

IF A CUSTOMER HAS HAD 4 OR MORE ACCIDENTS WITHIN THE LAST THREE YEARS THEN WE CANNOT GAIN INSURANCE COVER.

STUDENT RENTALS

STUDENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN INSURANCE SURCHARGE OF £5.00 PER DAY.
