• Our fuel policy is ‘same to same’ therefore we advise you to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when it was collected to avoid any additional fuel charges. Our refuelling rate is reviewed regularly and any replacement fuel will be charged at the rate as advertised in our offices when the vehicle was collected

• Administration Fee for the processing and re-charge of any Road Traffic Offences including private parking notices – £25 plus VAT  

• Excess Mileage Charge – excess mileage will be charged at 25p plus VAT per mile where the mileage allowance of 200 miles per day is exceeded  

• Valeting Charge – £50 plus VAT  

• Lost Key Charge – £ Dependent on vehicle  

• Insurance Excess – £750 subject to our insurance guidelines as advised on booking  

Please also be advised:  

• The Hirer is responsible for tyres, windscreens and any overhead damage.  

Where we need to replace a windscreen please be advised there may be an additional charge for the windscreen camera and sensor recalibration depending on the windscreen technology in use.  

• Vehicles should not be taken out of the UK mainland without prior permission  

• We operate a strict No Smoking and a No Pets policy across our fleet  

• Payment by debit or credit card is required, we do not accept cash or cheques
